Appointment for 9.40am with Ellie and dental nurse(apologies for not remembering your name). By 10am it was all fixed and replaced and I was delighted with the results. Myself and my family have been coming to Bollington Dental Practice for years and to say they are great, is an understatement! My two children feel so comfortable in the practice and enjoy coming, which is a testament to everyone as we know how a lot of children can feel about visiting a dentist! They come in, make themselves at home and enjoy learning about their teeth and what the dentists are doing! Sarah the Practice Manager is absolutely brilliant, we have such a laugh when speaking with her, on the phone and in person and she’s always so welcoming and accommodating to fit all of our busy schedules in! I am one of those people who is genuinely frightened of going to the dentists, until its absolutely necessary.I used to see Mr King at BDP, who was so good at making me feel at ease and helping me get through any dental treatment. When Mr King retired I was reluctant to return to the practice.However I started to experience pain and had to attend and have treatment. Ellie Burrows was my allocated dentist.Ellie is the most amazing dentist, she takes time to explain each procedure , giving information in a clear and concise way. I was encouraged to ask questions and to take time to think about the treatment.Ellie gives injections that can't be felt going into your gums, she uses drills ( my biggest phobia ) like feathers.I really can't recommend her highly enough, and during a root canal treatment I managed to fall asleep.I think Debbie 🤔 is Ellie's dental assistant, she was also so welcoming and professional.I can't thank them enough and would recommend them for managing my fears and insecurities, and making my visits such a positive experience.Thank you Bollington dental practice x
